Cindy has been with the practice for over ten years and works closely with the doctors, staff, and patients to ensure our patients are well cared for.
Cindy ensures procedures are appropriately scheduled, all the pre surgical tests and insurance verification for procedures have been cleared, and that post operative appointments are scheduled. Cindy will call you after procedures and make sure all is going well. She is available to answer any question you have regarding the surgical process and insurance verification.
Cindy also supervises all orthotic and brace fabrication and distribution to all office locations. She is available to answer any question you may have about your orthotics or brace.
Cindy will verify, schedule, and coordinate MRI and other testing with your insurance and the facility.
In addition, Cindy assists with scheduling new patient appointments for all office locations. Cindy is available to discuss any matter other than billing.
